Question: Discuss about the Culture and Leadership Business Ethics. Answer: Introduction: In order to be successful in fulfilling the common goal as well as conducting an impressive team assignment good teamwork plays a very significant part. This particular team working experience within a team provided a great insight in working principle of the team participation. At the time of conducting the assignment with my team members, I came to know that team working is most crucial way to foster creativity as well as effective learning (Nancarrow et al. 2013). Moreover, it also helps to blend the complementary strengths. I have attained a great deal of knowledge as well as skills from my team members at the time of working together. It has generated a crucial trust on them as well as greater confidence me, which will be highly helpful for me in my future life. As the team working contains a superior chance of conflict, I have been able to experience them and had been able to know the way to resolve them. In order to conduct the assignment we have set a specific set of goals for effective success. We have allocated the roles and responsibilities among the team members so that entire work can be conducted in a smooth fashion. However, I have come to understand that we would have gained a better result of performance if we had redefined our goals as well as individual responsibilities after the progression of the task (Parris and Peachey 2013). This particular team work to fulfill the requirement of the assignment I have understood that in order to proper manage a team the manager must constantly redefine the goals that will encourage the team members to carry out their revised responsibility (Crowder et al. 2012). A better result from the starting approach can always encourage team members to put more effort in the assignment. This particular experience will effectively help me in the future as part of my management practice. I perceived that leaders play a most impressive role with respect to the success of any given assignment. It is leaders responsibility to set the goal along with developing a proper pathway to achieve it (Chhokar et al. 2013). In order to achieve the goal leaders must allocate the responsibilities to the individual member. In addition to that, the most critical role of the management is undertaking proper strategy to resolve any issues so that the operation can be conducted in a smooth fashion. The major contribution of leaders in the strategic management process is motivating the employees to contribute their hundred percent of their working ability. I believe it is the most significant contributions to the organizations success.
